What screen should I purchase? 110lpi Poly-mono: This screen produces the most product. A decent product is produced but does have a few pistles, cystolith hairs, and stalks 125lpi Poly-mono: This screen is a happy medium between quantity and quality. less product produced than a 110lpi and less contaminants. This screen is recommended when only doing a single screening 140lpi Poly-mono: This screen produces the least amount of product of the poly drums, but the quality is superb with no contaminants 110lpi stainless: This drum is comparable to the 125 lpi poly mono drum and produces the most of the two stainless screen drums. Stainless is very tough and can even tumble twigs and stems with no tearing. 120lpi stainless: Produces a fine product with no leaf matter contaminants. The screen is almost indestructible. Used more for quality rather than quantity. This is the least producing drum and not recommended as a stand alone drum.We do not recommend this screen for a single screen tumbler as the yield is low. This screen is best used if you also have a 110 or 125 lpi screen. |
