Q:Will I have to pay a Customs duty?

A: All countries charge a customs duty or Tax on goods entering the country. This tax is payable upon delivery to YOUR postal service.This tax is paid to your postal and in no way do we recieve any of that money. Most Tax is a small fee and if you would like to know the duty rate of your country check with your customs office

A: We pack your order very carefully, however rough handling during transit can cause damage. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediatly

Q: Can i order replacement parts,additional drums, or optional parts?

Q: Why did my tumbler arrive with the motor detached?

A: Rough transit during shipping and cold weather can cause the motor to bounce violently and fracture the plastic drum. We now ship tumblers with the motor detached.

Q: How do i install the motor?

A: Instructions are included in your owners manual. This is a very simple procedure that takes about 2 minutes. all hardware is included

Q: My motor feels really warm to the touch. Is this OK?

A: Yes this is completely normal. We use what is called a "High torque gear motor" which will get warm with use. Unlike our competitors who use a cheap low torque DC motor, we use the best money can buy. Our motor has built in thermal overload protection. Meaning if it's too hot the motor will shut down automatically

Q: My motor has leaked oil, is it defective?

A: Because we use a high torque low RPM motor, the gear box is filled with oil.
Occassionally from the factory we get a motor that was overfilled with oil
and as the oil heats and expands it will leak around the shaft a small amount.
Your motor is perfectly fine and the dripping should stop after a couple runs.

Q: My tumbler produces very little product, What's wrong?

A: This can depend on several factors: The most common problem is poor starting material with very little visible trichomes.   Very often we get an email from a customer stating they used x amount of trim and only got a small amount of product. It is important to remember that what you get out of your tumbler is totally dependant on what material you put in. Trim will give you the lowest yeild from 1-5% whereas flower buds can give you up to 15% yeild. We find 100% of the time that if you suffer from low yeilds it is due to poor starting material. Only the visible trichomes ON THE LEAF SURFACE is what will be removed.
    Other factors can include a clogged screen, or screen size too tight (screen size selection is dependant on what strain you have, quality of trim, density of trim etc). It is best that you email us with details so we can pinpoint the problem(s)

Q: What screen size should I get?

A: Screen size is based on your personal preference and quality of product you want. We have listed a basic description of each screen size:

110lpi: This screen produces the most product. A decent product is produced but does have a few pistles, cystolith hairs, and stalks

125lpi: This screen is a happy medium between quantity and quality. less product produced than a 110lpi and less contaminants. This screen is recommended when only doing a single screening

140lpi: This screen produces the least amount of product of the poly drums, but the quality is superb with no contaminants

110lpi stainless: This drum is comparable to the 125 lpi poly mono drum and produces the most of the two stainless screen drums. Stainless is very tough and can even tumble twigs and stems with no tearing.

120lpi stainless: Produces a fine blonde product with no leaf matter contaminants. The screen is almost indestructible. Used more for quality rather than quantity. This is the least producing drum.

Q: Can i return my order if i'm not satisified?

A: Our return policy is as follows: We will allow a return minus shipping only on unused items that have been returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
We have recently been the victim of fraud where people have bought a product, just to use it and return it. Our products are proven to work and pictures on our site prove this. If you feel something you have purchased has not worked, something was done wrong and it is best to contact us to problem solve it. Please be advised we have built in safeguards to know if an item has been used regardless of how well you clean it.

                                                                    Warranty information

    Your tumbler is under a 90 day warranty for any defects in workmanship and materials when used for their intended purpose and maintained according to the instructions. Damages due to accident, misuse, modification, tampering or lack of prescribed maintenance are not covered. Note: this does not include torn or ripped screens.
